Although born in Idaho, Elisha Gessele has called the “Everbrown” part of the “Evergreen State” home for over 30yrs. Farm animals, fishing rods, dirt roads to mountain tops, BB guns, church, and family were all part of his youth. Growing up with three sisters kept Elisha on his toes and developed his appreciation for humor and cautiousness of any situation requiring a majority vote.
Elisha and his wife Heather are highly blessed parents of four amazing world changers. Daughters Hallee, Lyric, and Sawyer are doing a great job of keeping their brother Ayden on his toes as well.
Elisha first entered the cleaning and restoration industry in 2003. His desire to help people and find solutions have fueled his passion for our craft. Various professional certifications in fire, water & mold restoration have helped him grow in knowledge and experience. Elisha holds onto the promise found in Proverbs 3:6 that says, “in all your ways acknowledge the Lord and he will direct your paths”.
Elisha currently serves as the Operations Manager at Clean Image Services, Inc. He is always ready to help our new and existing customers. Elisha truly believes the highly talented team at CISI has been carefully selected by God for the unique needs of our clients and customers.

Josh was born and raised in Ellensburg, living here until just after high school when he moved with his family to northern Idaho. In the past years since high school he has had the opportunity to live in different parts of the country including several months in Ohio working for a restoration company there and finally ending up in Zillah, WA where he was involved in the management of an orchard. In October 2012 Josh and Hannah were married in her home state of Ohio and then made the long trek across the States. Several months later when the opportunity came to move back to Josh’s hometown and work with his longtime friends at Clean Image Services, Inc. they packed up their things and moved up to Ellensburg.
Josh’s primary responsibilities at Clean Image have evolved in various ways over the past 6 years, but currently he serves in the Office Manager role, overseeing the accounting and human resource aspects of the company. When not at Clean Image, Josh keeps busy working at his house, traveling to see family and friends, and trying to make time for a page or two in a good book. Josh and Hannah have one son and two daughters.
Growing up in Kansas brought with it a lot of good memories. From raising animals on the small family farm to working beside my dad in the environmental power washing service he owned, I truly consider my growing up years more than a blessing. At age 15 our family moved West, to one of the best little towns, Ellensburg! I truly have enjoyed the years I have lived here and consider it one of the friendliest places to do business.
As the gap quickly closes toward my second decade at Clean Image, I have to confess this industry still keeps me on my toes! Restoring massive, multi-story fire and water damages, to health care facilities and tight crawlspaces our minds are never idle! I have spent many years learning and growing in this industry including many certifications to assist us in giving you our best.
As we look into the future I realize that it will take the hand of God, the support of each team member at CISI, and each one of our loyal customers to build a company that can be here to serve you for years to come. I thank each one of you who helps us each day to keep doing what we know best!
Proverbs 17:3 says, “The refining pot is for silver, and the furnace for gold: but the Lord trieth the hearts.” So when I have a challenging situation and jobs that threaten to frustrate me, I can come back to the truth. The truth is that these situations will refine me and cause me to understand more next time, and the Lord will also be checking my heart. Was I pure in my motives, honest in my dealings, and open before all?
I am currently the President at CISI. If you need to contact me for any reason, please do not hesitate by sending me an email: grant@cleanandrestore.info.
Jonathon Hainline joined the Clean Image team in December following a 2-year stint for a finish construction company in Yakima where he became very proficient in base trim installs. He also served for 6 months as a youth pastor at his local church, Memorial Bible, where he and his family still attend. Speaking of family, Jon is married to Molly Joanne, who is the love of his life and college sweetheart, and if you ever want to know the story just ask him. But if you want to know the real story you will need to ask Molly. Jon has been known to embellish that chapter of their life. Jon and Molly were married in October of 2015, and are expecting their first of what they desire to be many children in March, little Nora Sophia. Jon and Molly currently reside in the Palm Springs of Washington, Yakima, and enjoy spending all of their time together, whether that be shopping, reading, cleaning, and all the other activities that help make life what it is. Molly and Jon both want to be known as faithful followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, as demonstrated by their love for one another and others, because of the love God has for them.
As a result of hard work and study, Jon received his BS in business administration and majored in management information systems from the University of Montana. His study in these fields will help him serve in the business development consultant position within Clean Image, where it is his job to serve local agents, property managers, plumbers, contractors, and others address fundamental business challenges by being a business resource to them. This is done by helping them increase policyholder retention (agents), lower restoration costs (property managers), protect from future liability (plumbers), and be a phone call away when needed (contractors). It is his goal to help Clean Image clients protect and grow their businesses. You can reach him at:

Scott Swanson is a Washington State native, growing up on the “wet” side of the state but has made Central Washington home for over 15 years. Golf, baseball and snow skiing kept him busy and enabled him to travel around the world. After attending Seattle Pacific University where he met his wife, Trisha, Scott made the move to Yakima and has never looked back.
Scott and Trisha are the proud parents of two amazing kids, Cohen and Emmery. As a family they love to play games, golf, and travel, exploring the Pacific Northwest and parts beyond. They have been blessed to visit Europe and New Zealand and don’t plan to stop exploring any time soon.
While Scott has a financial services background, most of his career prior to Clean Image was spent as the PGA Professional at the Yakima Country Club. Between his time at YCC and Clean Image, he was fortunate to work as an Insurance Agent, which gives him a unique perspective as he now helps clients navigate the world of Disaster Restoration.
Scott’s unique background has given him the tools to help local agents, contractors, homeowners and property managers navigate the challenges faced when unforeseen hazards arise. His goal is always to put his clients perspective in front of him and work together to achieve the desired outcome. You can reach him at:

Melodee Oja grew up in the beautiful, rainy Willamette Valley of Oregon and has moved across the country and back to Washington. After living in Ellensburg for 13 years, she has lost her webbed feet and now enjoys getting out in the sunshine to hike, picnic at the river, or tend the garden.
She took a break from previous bookkeeping jobs on account of starting a family with her husband Ron. Their assets currently total 5 sons, 3 daughters, and 6 grandchildren. She currently balances part-time work, college classes, and family and is reconciled to the fact that she cannot do all the wonderful things she would like to do! She loves learning new things, from flying a small airplane to playing the flute and harp.
She enjoys working with numbers, helping other people, and is glad to be a member of the Clean Image team. Her goal is to do everything with excellence for the glory of God.
Born in the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth, Nels has enjoyed living most of his life in central WA – and loves it! Growing up second of nine children brought life lessons including adaptability, responsibility, and good PR! Nels is grateful for Christian parents who invested much in his development.
He began violin lessons before age seven and continued through his junior year in high school, joining the Central Washington Youth Orchestra for four years. After completing high school, he spent a year in Peru, SA working with a church planting effort–a growing experience through language and cultural exposure as well.
Working in his father’s hardwood floor business was a major part of growing up. Home education allowed for working part-time during high school, continuing full-time after graduating in ’05. Nels received training through the National Wood Flooring Association in both installation and sanding and finishing. Those skills helped open opportunity when the summer of 2010 grew full for Clean Image Services. Nels began part-time work in June, which soon became a full and even over-time job!
Nels initially worked on the cleaning side of CIS for several years, and enjoyed hands-on exposure to everything from cleaning carpet and windows to HVAC systems. His responsibilities more recently included managing restoration projects and getting out on emergency water calls! Nels received training through the IICRC (www.certifiedcleaners.org) and continues to pursue excellence in the cleaning and restoration industry. In 2011, he completed his AMRT (Applied Microbial Restoration Technician), and continued his certifications with WRT/ASD (Water Damage Restoration Technician/Applied Structural Drying) in 2012. He enjoys the challenge of new situations and the satisfaction of a job well-done. He especially is gratified to see order out of chaos as a home is restored after a catastrophe! His conscientious approach puts customers at ease even in the most unideal circumstances. His current task is putting together health and safety programs for the various aspects of the company as it expands.
He and his wife, Jessica, were married in 2010 and have been blessed with three sons and a daughter. Their goal is raising a family that will honor Jesus Christ! They are thankful to have local family and enjoy time together. Nels enjoys reading, family walks, climbing, and making music.
At work and in all of life, Nels desires to live out the following Bible verse: “And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.” (Colossians 3:17)
Michael E Gerber defines the entrepreneurial seizure as “the moment the entrepreneur decides it would be a great idea to start his or her own business”. Being the youngest of 4 children, I was blessed with the “enhanced ability” to let my imagination run wild from a young age and still be able to get away with it being considered “cute”. Whether it was dreaming up a way to start a sanding business in my dad’s cabinet shop, a snow-plow business with my bicycle or any of the other businesses I dreamed up over the years, I think it fairly safe to consider myself an “entrepreneurial junky”! I was born and raised in Dayton, OH; spent some time in Indiana before moving to the beautiful (but windy) Kittitas valley in 2000. My plan was to enroll in CWU in Ellensburg as an architect and continue the legacy of fine construction that my dad passed on to me…and then I met the most beautiful young lady that forever changed the course of history for this wandering entrepreneur!
I married my “first love” Judy in 2003, we lived in Ellensburg for 6 months after marriage and then moved to Zillah to assist in a church plant there. Through the course of time, I was blessed to experience many business ventures all leading to the restoration industry, of which I started and operated a restoration business around the same time that Clean Image Services entered the Restoration world.
My wife and I live in sunny (AND WARM) Phoenix metro and are blessed with 4 beautiful daughters that bring us so much joy…and a few gray hairs. We are involved in our local church here and are passionate about being the “hands and feet” of Jesus, specifically in the area of marriage and parenting. (This ol’ boy needs plenty of help in those areas!) We look forward to celebrating 17 years of marriage this year, it brings me so much joy to be able to minister to others in times of need or distress…knowing that we have HOPE even in the midst of trial.
It is with great joy and anticipation that I am able to be a part of the Clean Image Team as we serve our clients to bring them the most amazing customer experience ever! I serve in the Water Mitigation Department, focusing mainly on File Management and Water Mitigation Invoicing.
I am always thrilled to work alongside a client to navigate what is often a hectic situation to attempt to bring a sense of clarity and calm in this industry that we are a part of. You can reach me on my cell (509) 899-9261 or sending me an email @ rod@cleanandrestore.info.
“Sanctify the Lord God in your hearts and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the HOPE that is in you with meekness and fear”
–1 Peter 3:15
I grew up in a navy family, which meant we were often on the move. I officially arrived on planet earth in Chesapeake, VA, and since then have had the opportunity to live in Rhode Island, Alaska, and Washington, which is where I call home. In 2010, I moved to Ellensburg to go to school at Central Washington University where I earned my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology. In 2011 I married my wife Amanda, and we began our life together in Ellensburg. Some of our goals for the next several years include traveling to Europe, buying our first home, and starting a family. Amanda works in student ministry at CWU and I enjoy being able to support her in that work.
I’ve always loved to learn new skills so I really enjoyed the jobs I worked through high school and college—Cooking, working in the farms, fields, and orchards, and guiding tours were some of my favorite experiences. I was blessed enough to secure a good job right out college with one of the big three mechanical contractors in Seattle. I supported and managed mechanical construction projects in the life sciences industry for 3.5 years until life pulled Amanda and I back into the Kittitas Valley in 2017.
I lead the Restoration Division at Clean Image Services, and my primary responsibilities include facilitating a productive and efficient project management team, oversight of project financials, and maintaining our leadership in the restoration services marketplace.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time outdoors. Any reason is a good one for me to get out, but hiking, cycling, snow sports, and surfing are some of my favorites. I also enjoy exploring the places I live and discovering the local secrets and less-visited surrounding areas.
You can get in touch with me by calling my cell (509) 859-1444 or sending me a message at joe@cleanandrestore.info
I’m Aaron and I live with two medium to large size dogs. I like woodworking and carving, going fast, and being in the shade on a hot day.
Erin and I have grown up in the Yakima Valley. We love raising our children here also. The proximity to the mountains, Lakes and rivers are one of the major reasons for this. In our spare time we enjoy spending time with our family doing runs and swimming.
I am an avid runner with the aspirations of running my first marathon next year. One of the great joys in my life is being involved with our local church where I serve in the worship team and children’s ministry.
I currently hold IICRC certifications in Water restoration and Applied structure drying. Along with the OSHA training in mold remediation and prevention. I have been in the construction industry for almost 25 yrs. I started with a local contractor building custom homes and remolding many homes around the valley. I started in the restoration part of the industry 7 yrs ago and have enjoyed helping families get their homes back in order.
I look forward to helping you get your home restored. I can be reached at rob@cleanandrestore.info or by calling the office.
I moved to Ellensburg in August of 2016 with my wife Brittney, so she could finish her Theater Degree at Central Washington University. Upon her completion, we found that we truly love living here in Ellensburg.
In my spare time, I love to spend time outdoors when I can. Brittney and I love camping and spending time in our garden working together.
If you don’t find me outside, I’m usually either playing music or hanging out with my animals at home. With two cats, two ferrets, and a fish tank beaming with life there’s never a dull moment around my household.
I love playing a part in the restoration industry. I find great satisfaction in helping people out through difficult times. I know without a doubt that the Clean Image family is the best and most trustworthy company for you to choose in helping you get your life back to a pre-loss condition.
I was born and raised in central Nevada, and proud of it. I lived there with my parents and younger sister for 16 years until we moved to Oregon to get away from the fast-growing town we lived in. It was in Oregon I met my girlfriend and decided to go to college for a year at Central Washington University.
I have experience in construction from working with my dad throughout my life on various projects, around the house on misc. items, to working for his handyman business. I am new to the field of mitigation and cleaning but am always looking for ways to learn.
I currently go where ever I am needed throughout the three branches of our company and help with whatever I can in any way. I do almost anything from demoing walls, to hanging insulation in a crawl space. I come to work excited every day to do my job the best I can.
Born in Maine
Has a dog; Waldo
In 2012 I graduated from the University of Connecticut with an Associate’s Degree. However, I was far from ready to settle down. So I decided I wanted to go on a hike. Six months later I finished Thru-Hiking the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine. It was a life changing experience that shaped me into my adventurous self. After gaining experience from various jobs in different states, four years later I decided it was time to go for another hike. In 2018 I hiked the Pacific Crest Trail which spans from the Mexican Border, to the Canadian Border traveling through CA, OR, and WA.
Many moons later, and miles traveled, my wife April and I somehow landed in this small town of Ellensburg, where we can finally see ourselves settling down in. I also enjoy my job at Clean Image Services being a part of the Mitigation team.
Dustin has been in the cleaning industry for a few years and has been with Clean Image since April 2019. He has mastered the art of commercial floor maintenance and is competent when it comes to any kind of cleaning.
My name is Danny, I started working here at Clean Image Services in May of 2015.
I was born in western Washington (the youngest of six) and moved here to Ellensburg 10 years ago. Growing up with a forest for your backyard, Arabian horses, and neighbors who built and raced PRO3 BMW’s meant dull days were uncommon.
At CISI I help with a variety of things, from cleaning windows to crawling through a crawlspace. The majority of my time is at the shop making sure everything is ready to go for the next morning or an emergency call at 10 pm on the weekend.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with, and for so many great people!
My name is Luke and I have enjoyed working at Clean Image since 2010. Sometimes my time off the clock is busier than my time at work as I go home to a busy family of my wife and four children.
I do a little bit of everything at Clean Image: from scheduled duct, window, and carpet cleaning to vehicle maintenance, office cleaning, and assisting with fire, water, and mold restoration. We have personally gone through a complete loss house fire, so I have learned a lot more from the customer’s point of view about dealing with loss, and insurance companies.
As already stated, “spare” time is not something I find much of, but when I do have a few hours or days away from life’s duties, I enjoy being active with my family- camping, biking, or doing projects.
I enjoy my work at CISI and look forward to serving you!
