Established in 2001, Clean Image Services, Inc. is a Central Washington-owned and operated full-service disaster restoration contractor with locations in Ellensburg, Yakima, and Moses Lake. Our team has well over 100 years of combined experience with insurance claim-related fire, mold, water restoration, and reconstruction.
From the initial clean-up of your emergency, collaborating with your insurance company, all the way to the repairs and/or reconstruction phase – we do it all for you! Our company also provides restoration services to any personal belongings that may be impacted by a disaster. We can even pack up and move goods into storage to provide a safe environment while site work is being performed.
We specialize in both residential and commercial disaster restoration and are here to serve your emergency needs 24/7/365. Our company is licensed, insured, bonded, and specially certified through the IICRC for the unique needs of the disaster restoration industry. We work with all insurance companies and can provide financing options to our clients.

In 2003, Elisha took his first step into the industry as a first response technician with a restoration company in Moses Lake Washington. Heather was a licensed insurance agent at the time and had a very unique perspective on the industry and how property claims are processed. A few years later (and thousands of round-the-clock property emergencies in between – at the same company) Elisha developed a real passion for the industry. Over the course of his tenure at that company, Elisha was promoted to Estimator, Division Manager, and finally to COO. 15 years later, Elisha joined the Clean Image Services, Inc team as the Operations Manager. Elisha & Heather Gessele made their next career move together and purchased Clean Image Services, Inc. in 2022. The Gessele family looks forward to serving the communities of Central Washington for years to come.
